The Property Co., serving South Jersey from Pittsgrove, is led by an experienced broker and property manager who holds a Real Estate Broker License, Property Manager Certification, and membership in both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Since starting a real estate career in 2015, the founder has helped buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors across the region. Managing over 500 rental units inspired a shift into property management, where a strong belief in ethical service, financial transparency, and genuine relationships guides every decision. Clients can trust that their goals and investments are handled with expert care, local knowledge, and a proactive approach rooted in community values.
